- Work to make Manhattan Beach the safest "small town" in the nation by ensuring our Fire and Police Departments have the necessary resources and training to protect our homes and families
- Be your watchdog to ensure there is real transparency regarding all aspects of City business so the public is fully informed to the greatest extent possible and with the City Council administering all city policy
- Provide strong common sense leadership, with personal integrity, that addresses your needs and concerns
- Fully support our seniors by expanding and enhancing all city sponsored Senior Programs and take a leadership role in establishing a Manhattan Beach Village Volunteer and Mentoring Program
- Work with other civic leaders in providing the highest quality of city services and support local merchants so they can continue to thrive and prosper
- Propose real term limits by advocating for the adoption of a firm "2 term" only for all City Council members
